Welcome to the introduction of our Meeting Life's Challenges E-ZINE, a monthly electronic magazine delivered through E-mail, for people who are living with chronic illnesses. The goal of the E-ZINE is to become a forum for sharing information & Web links that will help people dealing with chronic illness, their families, and caregivers to move forward despite significant challenges.

flower3. Who is writing this?

Shelley Peterman Schwarz, who has had multiple sclerosis for 23 years, is the editor of the E-ZINE. She is an award-winning writer and professional speaker. She has published more than 400 articles, including five books, and a monthly column, Making Life Easier, that appears in newspapers/magazines across the country.

Members of her staff, several of whom have chronic illnesses, will also provide input and share what they have learned about living with chronic illness.

A. A personal, uplifting note from the editor.
B. Making Life Easier strategies for streamlining everyday tasks to save time and energy, improve safety, and reduce frustration

            c) Unique products (not readily available in stores) and their contact information.
C. Books and tapes we recommend

E. Each month we will tackle a general topic like:

            e) Grieving our losses and learning to live again
